1. Open the pouch and carefully remove the film containing the patch from the tray.

3. Hold the film with one hand and peel off the white protective film from the patch completely.

5. Press the patch down firmly to ensure it sticks well.
6. For best results, wear overnight or at least for four hours.
7. Remove and discard the patches.
