What is the recommended duration and frequency of use?: As a general guide, use the device up to 10 minutes at one time, 2 to 3 times per week.
* The device will automatically switch off approx. 10 minutes after it has been turned on.

Can I use the device continuously?: As a general guide, use the device once a day for 10 minutes, two to three times a week (Maximum of twice a day). If using it continuously, do so at intervals of 5 hours or longer.

Can I use the device in the bathroom?: The device is waterproof for cleaning. However, using the device while water, shampoo or bath salts are attached to the magnet on the attachment part of the Stretch Fit Sheet or controller, may result in malfunction or a defective experience.
Do not use the device in the bathroom or in the bathtub.
